The Goal
The client believed they had an active website, but their online presence was limited to a Facebook page displaying outdated contact information, resulting in a frustrating user experience and lost leads. The primary objective was to establish a legitimate, professional web presence to capture traffic and clearly direct potential customers to request a quote.
The Solution
Taking a holistic approach to their digital infrastructure, I designed and developed a streamlined, conversion-focused landing and contact page using Squarespace. To ensure the business could effectively handle the new inbound traffic, I simultaneously implemented Google Workspace and ServiceCore to professionalize and manage their communication channels.
The Impact
By directly managing the newly established inbound channels as a business administrator, I was able to accurately track the site's performance. The new web presence and updated contact routing generated an average of 5 additional calls and 10 additional emails per month, successfully driving a
20% overall increase in inbound leads.
